Very peculiar projector for 8mm films. The P8 was the starting point of an entire family of projectors (the later models were the Weimar types 1, 2 and 3). Please note the arrangement of the film reels which are both located on a common arm. The housing is made of brilliant (but fragile) bakelite. A separate tool is provided for winding back the film after its review (lower photo). Launched in 1953 Lens: Zeiss Jena "T" 1,7 / 18mm Variable frame rate: approx. 12 to 24 fps Lamp: 110 V / 250 W / P28s Manual (German) |
