YASHICA 8E-III

In the "pre zoom age" cameras with several lenses on a turret (or a slider) were very popular. It was a good compromise in terms of weight, dimensions and cost. Complicated and costly reflex viewing systems were avoided by viewing systems with frontpieces being moved together with the lenses. In that respect the Yashica 8E-III is a very typical specimen.
